At Shape our aim is to keep customers happy, we strive to ensure you’re 100% satisfied with your purchase. On our product information pages you’ll find details about size and colour offerings, material compositions, and sizing charts. If you can’t find the information on the product page please message one of our sales consultants on the live chat. Or if the matter isn’t urgent leave us a message on the contact page.
21- Day Free Return If you’ve made a purchase on the shape online store and you’re not satisfied with the product then you can return the item if it’s within 21 days of the purchase, and if the items have not been worn and are in resale condition. You will need to notify us of the return and cover the shipping charges. Once the items have been received you will be refunded. Please note our men's sculpting tops & singlets are designed to be highly compressive and will expand and sculpt to the figure over the first 2-3 wears, if the returned items are showing signs of wear you may not be eligible for a refund.

My purchase doesn’t quite fit If the product you’ve purchased doesn’t quite fit, we are able to provide you with a 40% discount for the correct size. Alternatively, you can return the item to us in exchange for the correct size. The returned item will need to be in resale condition, you will also need to cover the shipping charges. Please contact us at sales@shapeclothing.com.au prior to returning the item.
Wrong size/ Wrong item sent If you received a wrong size or wrong item, please contact us via email on sales@shapeclothing.com.au with your name and contact details. Please also attached photos of the items. We will arrange shipping of the correct items as soon as possible.
Refund If an item doesn’t arrive or doesn’t match the description, and your payment is eligible, we’ll reimburse the cost of eligible purchases paid. Please keep in mind refunds can take 3-5 business days to show in your bank statements.
Shipping All Australian orders come with free tracked shipping, standard shipping can take 5-6 business days (free). Alternatively express shipping can be purchased at the checkout for $9.95, which takes 2-3 business days depending on your location. We also ship to the U.S.A, New Zealand, Philippines and Singapore for $14.95.
Please note for hygiene purposes we are unable to exchange or return women's and men's underwear. This includes high waisted shorts, briefs and G-Strings. If you're unhappy with these products you may be eligible for store credit. Please take this into consideration before purchasing these items.
